Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once the price and tailoring have been agreed upon. There is no money-back guarantee.
However, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days from your pickup date. To be eligible for this guarantee, we ask that you keep your receipt as proof of the agreed price and alteration details. We also request that you notify us at least 7 days in advance so that we can schedule and correct any mistakes.

Cancellation Policy
Our commitment is to offer you a high-quality service and satisfaction throughout the alteration process. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of the alteration of your garment. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy, taking into account the previous agreement regarding the cost of the alteration and the measurements to be modified.
Cancellation with Full Refund:
If you need to cancel the alteration process, we ask you to notify us within 30 minutes after leaving your garment to be altered. In case of cancellation within this period, you will be granted a full refund.
Non-Refundable Cancellation:
If the garment has already been altered or modified, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Process:
This notification period allows us to stop any ongoing alteration process and properly manage your cancellation request.
